Learn to play

Mah Jong has it's origins in ancient China and has developed in several different formats over the years. We play the European version of the game to the rules as written down by Max Robertson (in the 1970's).
The best way to learn the game is to have some instruction from an experienced player. On our regular meetings held at Taunton library and Ruishton, we offer training sessions for beginners. At the first session you will learn the basics of the game with further guidance being given on subsequent days.

Taster Sessions

	Would you and some friends like to have a go at the real game of Mah Jong?.( Not a computer generated game!). We could arrange a 2 hour taster session to help introduce you to the game. If you have a set, or can dig one out from a relatives loft, please bring it along to show us.
